Registration Procedure of ESI Registration in India

Step 1: Login to ESIC Portal

  • An employer requires getting himself enrolled on the ESIC entrance.
  • A boss can enlist by clicking on the 'Sign Up' button on the ESIC entry beneath the 'Employer Login' Choice on the domestic screen.

Post-Registration compliances under ESI

Form 6 – Register. After the registration, ESI Returns have to be filed twice a year. The following documents are required for the filing of the returns:

  • Register of attendance of the employees.

  • Register of wages.
  • Register any accidents which have happened on the premises of the business.
  • Monthly returns and challans.
