1. Go to the Government GST Website > Services > Registration > New Registration

2. Fill in the required information such as PAN Card Number, Mobile Number, Email ID, Legal Name and Submit the application

3. OTP will be received on the given Mobile Number and Email ID for verification. Once the otp’s are entered, a Temporary reference number (TRN) will be generated.

4. You will then again need to Go to the Government GST Website > Services > Registration > New Registration > TRN and login using the otp received.

5. Then click on action button and fill in the entire form providing details such as trade name, Proprietor/partner/director details, address of the registered place of business, Applicable
State Jurisdiction, Applicable Central Jurisdiction etc.

6. Upload the required documents and submit the application with either Aadhar or physical verification

7. If Aadhar verification is chosen, then a link will be received on the email wherein, you will need to enter the Aadhar number of the authorized person and enter the otp received on Aadhar linked mobile number/email Id.

8. For physical verification, one of the officer will come to the registered place for verification

9. Once the verification is complete, Application Reference Number (ARN) will be generated.
10. After the generation of ARN, the application goes to the respective State/Central Jurisdictional office for further processing. If everything is in order than GST Number is granted or else it is being sent of Resubmission for further details/documents
