Section 8 Company is registered for the purpose of Charitable or non-profitable purposes. It is licenced under section 8 of the company act,2013. The main objective of the company is for promoting research, social welfare, religion, charity, commerce, art, science, sport, education and protection of the environment and any such activities in which the profits of the company can be utilized only for the promotion of the objects of the company. The dividend is not paid to the members.

Main objects which you can use for the educational objective of Section 8 Company;

1. To establish, setup, and run in any part of India coaching institutes, Study centres, oral coaching classes, wherein professional, technical, vocational or higher education in every field of science, commerce, arts, management, engineering, law, banking, insurance, finance, medicine, hospitality, tourism, computers, or any other type of education be imparted by conducting regular, part-time classes.

2. To establish, develop, and promote the franchise study centres in India or abroad to conduct regular, evening or weekend interactive classes and get the necessary permission required for this purpose.

3. To enter into Joint Venture or collaborate with accredited educational institutions in India/outside India to provide such infrastructure assistance to such accredited educational institutions and such other learning support on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the company from time to time.

4. To establish, maintain, subscribe or to subsidies or become a member of training institutions, research laboratories, research institutions and experimental experiments

5. To set up training, quality control, process development, technology, common facility centres and other infrastructural activities for the proper rehabilitation/upliftment of disabled persons.
