Here are the exact steps you can follow to pay your road tax online Delhi online:

 
Step 2: On the website, select the ‘Vahan Service’ option and fill in your vehicle registration information.
 
Step 3: Select the ‘Pay Tax’ option, from the drop-down menu.
 
Step 4: Enter your phone number to generate the OTP and submit it.
 
Step 5: The details about your road tax Delhi will be presented on the screen. Verify that all the provided information is correct.
 
Step 6: Choose one of the available methods of online payments and make the payment for road tax.
 
Step 7: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number.

How is Road Tax Calculated in Delhi?

The amount of road tax you have to pay depends on various factors decided by the government such as the type of vehicle, purpose of use: commercial or personal, price, weight and age of the vehicle, etc. Some other factors that may be considered include engine capacity, passenger capacity, and tax applicable as per the Delhi government tax rules.
