GST Officers will soon be visiting you under Fake GST Drive

📢 Attention all business owners and taxpayers! 📢


🚨 Important Announcement: GST Officers will be conducting visits from 16th May onward as part of a Fake GST Drive! 🚨

To ensure you avoid any legal complications and sail through this process smoothly, we highly recommend preparing the following documents in advance:


1️⃣ GST Registration Certificate: Keep a copy of your valid GST registration certificate handy.

2️⃣ Board Outside Premises: Put a Board Outside Premises showing Company Name, GST Number & Address of the Business

3️⃣ Purchase and Sales Invoices: Keep a well-organized record of all purchase and sales invoices issued by your business.

4️⃣ Address Update: Business Address must be updated in GST Certificate. Ensure they are updated, accurate, and readily accessible.

5️⃣ Valid Rent Agreement: In case your business premise is on Rent, keep a valid rent agreement.



Optional:

6️⃣ Bank Statements: Maintain copies of your bank statements reflecting all transactions related to GST payments and refunds.

7️⃣ GST Payment Challans: Retain copies of payment challans for all GST payments made.

8️⃣ Stock and Inventory Records: Maintain detailed records of your stock and inventory, including stock transfers and inter-state movements.

9️⃣ E-Way Bills: Keep copies of all e-way bills generated during the transportation of goods.

By ensuring these documents are readily available, you can avoid unnecessary legal hassles and demonstrate your compliance with GST regulations.
