Price Preference: MSMEs may get price preference of up to 15% over L1 bidders in certain categories.
Exemption from EMD: MSMEs are often exempt from furnishing Earnest Money Deposits.
Reserved Procurement: A portion of government procurement is reserved exclusively for MSMEs.
