How to Apply for FSSAI Food License India?

FSSAI stands for Food Safety and Standards Authority of India which is an organization that monitors and governs the food business in India. It ensures the food products undergo quality checks thereby curtailing the food adulteration and sale of sub-standard products. It is responsible for the registering and licensing of the food business operators (FBO) in India and it lays down the rules and regulation for running the food business in India.

Procedure for Obtaining FSSAI Registration

  • Step 1: It is initiating by filling the form A (Application for Basic FBO) and Form B (Application for State and
  • Central FBO) or by applying online on fssaiindia.in the portal.
  • Step 2: The application may be accepted or rejected by our food safety department within 7days.
  • Step 3: If your application is accepted then you may get a call from our food safety department.
  • Step 4: Upload all the above-mentioned necessary documents.
  • Step 5: Then the registration certificate will be granted by the Food Safety department, along with the registration number and the photo of the applicant.
  • Step 6: The client’s Registration certification/License will be forwarded by the Food safety department team.
